SimplyTrades\u00ae Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Agreement<\/strong>
By registering as an Affiliate in the SimplyTrades\u00ae Affiliate Program (\u201cProgram\u201d)<\/strong>, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (\u201cTerms of Service<\/strong>\u201d). This agreement outlines the terms under which you, as an affiliate, will promote a coupon discount code for tradespeople to sign up for SimplyTrades\u00ae<\/strong> paid packages and receive monthly commission payments. Additionally, affiliates are responsible for handling their own tax obligations under UK law.<\/strong><\/p>

SimplyTrades\u00ae<\/strong> reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Changes to the Program, including the release of new tools, resources, or updated terms, are subject to these conditions. Your continued participation in the Program following any updates will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.<\/p>

Failure to comply with any part of these terms will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments. By participating in this Program, you agree to use the Program at your own risk.<\/p>

Account Terms<\/strong><\/p>

3. Account Information:<\/strong> You are required to provide your full legal name, valid email address, and any other information requested during registration.
4. Account Security:<\/strong> You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SimplyTrades\u00ae cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from the misuse of your login details.
5. Single Account:<\/strong> You may only maintain one Affiliate account. Accounts registered by \u201cbots\u201d or other automated methods are prohibited.
6. Purpose:<\/strong> You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all UK laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, intellectual property and advertising standards.<\/p>

Promotion of Coupon Discount Code<\/strong><\/p>

As an Affiliate<\/strong>, your primary role is to promote a unique coupon discount code<\/strong><\/span> that SimplyTrades\u00ae provides you for tradespeople to use when signing up for paid packages. The coupon offers a discount, encouraging tradespeople and businesses to sign up. You will receive monthly commission payments for each successful referral using your code.<\/p>

– You will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code and coupon discount code<\/strong> upon signing up.
– The coupon discount code applies only to the first payment made by the tradesperson or business. Payments will continue at the discounted rate after the initial code has been used.
– However, once a tradesperson or business signs up with the discount code, they will remain on the discounted rate while they continue to advertise on the SimplyTrades\u00ae platform through their subscription plan.
– You may place affiliate links, banners, or other approved graphics (which include your coupon discount code) on your website, in emails, or other communications.
– SimplyTrades\u00ae will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphical resources for promoting the coupon code and tracking sales through your Affiliate Code.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Referral Fees\/Commissions and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

1. Earning Commissions:<\/strong>
– For each tradesperson or business that signs up for a paid package through your unique Affiliate link and uses your coupon discount code, you will earn a one-off referral fee based on the package selected.
– This one-off payment does not include any further subscriptions from the signed-up client (tradesperson or business).<\/p>

2. Tracking and Reporting:<\/strong>
– SimplyTrades\u00ae will track and report purchases made through your Affiliate links and coupon codes. Only sales that are automatically tracked by our systems will be eligible for commission payments.
– If a customer claims they used your code but it was not tracked by the system, we are not liable for paying commissions.<\/p>

3. Disqualification:<\/strong>
– Commissions generated through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive promotional techniques will be disqualified.
– You cannot use your own Affiliate link or coupon code to sign up for a SimplyTrades\u00ae package for personal use. Such actions may result in the withholding of commissions or termination of your account.<\/p>

4. Payment:<\/strong>
Payments will be made monthly, provided that your affiliate earnings exceed \u00a350. If your earnings do not reach \u00a350 in a given month, they will be rolled over to the next month.
– Payments are issued through your registered account details and will be processed within 30 days of reaching the threshold.
– Total monthly payments to partners are made minus any transfer fees from Stripe, PayPal, or Tide<\/strong>.
– Affiliates are responsible for paying their own tax in compliance with UK law on any commission payments or earnings received from SimplyTrades\u00ae. SimplyTrades\u00ae will not withhold any taxes on your behalf.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Identifying Yourself as a SimplyTrades\u00ae Affiliate<\/strong><\/p>

1.Affiliate Representation:<\/strong>
– You may not issue press releases or make public statements about your participation in the Program without written approval from SimplyTrades\u00ae.
– You are not permitted to misrepresent or embellish your relationship with SimplyTrades\u00ae, such as claiming to be part of the company or its development team.<\/p>

2. Purchasing Restrictions:<\/strong>
– You may not purchase products through your affiliate links or coupon code for personal use. If found, SimplyTrades\u00ae reserves the right to withhold referral fees.<\/p>

Customer Definition<\/strong><\/p>

Customers who sign up using your coupon discount code and Affiliate link will be considered SimplyTrades\u00ae customers. As such, SimplyTrades\u00ae retains full rights over customer service, pricing, and product-related policies. SimplyTrades\u00ae may change its policies and operating procedures at any time, including prices of the subscription packages, which may affect your earnings.<\/p>

Affiliate Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

As an Affiliate, you are responsible for the following:<\/p>

– The operation and maintenance of your promotional channels, including websites or emails, and ensuring the proper display of links and codes.
– Ensuring that all content you publish in relation to the Program is accurate, truthful, and complies with UK laws and advertising standards.
– Ensuring that any third-party agreements you are bound by (such as web hosting or email service providers) are not violated by your participation in the Program.
– Maintaining compliance with data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regarding how you handle personal data collected from visitors to your site.
– **Paying your own taxes** in compliance with UK law on any commission payments or earnings received from SimplyTrades\u00ae.<\/p>

Compliance with Laws<\/strong><\/p>

As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the UK, including advertising standards, GDPR, and any regulations related to marketing emails and consumer rights.<\/strong><\/p>

Termination<\/p>

SimplyTrades\u00ae reserves the right to terminate your account and participation in the Program at any time for any reason. Termination may result from violating these terms, fraudulent activity, or using overly aggressive or deceptive sales methods. Upon termination, you must cease using all SimplyTrades\u00ae links, materials, and trademarks immediately. Any unpaid commissions above \u00a350 will be paid upon termination.<\/p>

\u00a0Relationship of Parties<\/strong><\/p>

You and SimplyTrades\u00ae are independent contractors, and this agreement does not create any partnership, agency, or joint venture. You are not permitted to make any representations or commitments on behalf of SimplyTrades\u00ae.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

SimplyTrades\u00ae will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data. Our liability for the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid to you.<\/p>

Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.<\/p>

Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>

The failure of SimplyTrades\u00ae to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SimplyTrades\u00ae regarding the Affiliate Program and supersede any prior agreements.<\/p>
